Mayil has an M.Sc. in Applied Microbiology with additional studies in Agricultural Cell culture. During his 19 years of R&D experience in the Pharma, Biotech and Nutraceutical Industry, he has helped commercialize many life-saving vaccines, advanced recombinant proteins and other bio tech products.

He has worked with Industry leaders such as Ranbaxy and Cadilla to name a few.
